Responsibilities
Offer consultation and solutions to line management on people management service;

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in HR, administration, English or related discipline;
Over 8 years experience in multi-national companies strengthened on recruitment, employee relations and administration and at least 3 years in HR supervisory position;
Solid skills in candidate searching, s_election, interview and assessment;
Proficient in China Labor law and local regulations;
Proven professional competencies to make well balanced decisions and master complexity and ambiguity with line managers regarding personnel management;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Striving for achievement with the sense of responsibility and teamwork;
Demonstrated personal attitude with self-management, learning ability, ethical character of confidentiality, trust and integrity;

Qualification:
1.Four year Electrical Engineering degree (BSEE).
2.Minimum of six years experience in the use of Quality/Reliability Tools.
3.Minimum three years experience in the Global Regulatory Compliance field.
4.Minimum of two years experience in a leadership role is preferred.
5.ASQ Certification as a Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence is preferred based on experience.
6.Basic management training courses are preferred.
7.Knowledge of reliability principles and world class concepts.
8.Good team player and self motivated.
9.Familiar with the quality tools, such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, GR&R, Weibull analysis.

POSITION: General Manager
REPORT TO: Senior Vice President
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Be responsible for all aspects and functional departments. Review organizational layout and skill set and make the necessary changes in order to achieve operation excellence across all area of the organization. Ensure total customer satisfaction by continuous process improvement in areas such as QC/QA, OTD, Cost control and R&D. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the strategic direction, people, P&L, manufacturing operations.
Working with clients and assuring that the product development cycles meet their criteria.
To evaluate manufacturing operations, plant and equipment, and make recommendations for improvements, and any necessary requirements to cope with new business and planned growth.
Continually monitor the each department KPI’s, setting aggressive stretch targets for the facility to achieve.
Aggressively pursue new quality initiatives as well as making sure that all factories are maintaining a high quality level. Assure that all facilities are using Six Sigma principals.
Ensure that necessary cost reduction programs are successfully implemented for each operation.
Assure that all factories are compliant to global standards and adhere to all environmental regulations pertaining to waste and scrap.
A leader in driving sound manufacturing and engineering principles and practice into the operations.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 15 years in manufacturing management with rich knowledge of electronic or mechanical parts for interconnect products, preferably a metal tooling & plastic manufacturing industry.
University degrees in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Science or Engineering Management.
Has a proven track record of building manufacturing organizations.
Possess knowledge for ISO 9001 & 14001 and common manufacturing improvement methodology such as 5s, 6 sigma, lean manufacturing etc.
Background in improving operational efficiencies, and managing diverse groups.
Has led a re-engineering effort within a substantial manufacturing organization (800 staff).
