We promise to interview every potential candidate.
We guarantee exclusive access to candidates for our clients.  This means we will
only recommend individual candidates to one client at a time.
All client-related information is kept strictly confidential.  The client’s name will
only be disclosed when the short listed candidates have been selected.
Any information on the salary packages provided by our clients will always be held
in the strictest of confidence.

 

Professionalism
It is very important that clients work closely with GEN and provide prompt answers
to any questions that may arise during the recruitment process.  Should there be
any change to or termination of the assignment, it is the client’s responsibility to
inform us immediately.
Timing of interviews is crucial to success.  GEN advises clients that the time
interval between two interviews should be no more than one week.
Timely decisions are vital to acquiring suitable candidates.  GEN’s experience
shows that any delay in decision-making often leads to the loss of qualified
candidates.  GEN recommends that the final decision on a candidate should be
made and passed onto GEN within 48 hours of an interview taking place.  If not,
reasons are required so that GEN can begin searching for other suitable candidates
as soon as possible.
